Being Apart of Our Team

As a Drain Technician at Elite Drains, you will be traveling from job to job in a company-provided work vehicle to perform various drainage services such as jettings, scopes, augering, cabelings, repairs, etc. A normal workweek is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, however, on occasion, we will ask you to work past 5 pm. We do have a rotating on call schedule for nights and weekends, so once you complete training, you will be added to the rotation. Details regarding the on call schedule will be provided during the interview process.

Throughout the training process, you will be an hourly employee (wages will vary based on experience). After you complete training, you will be switched to a commission-based pay. Pay periods are Friday through Thursday, payroll is processed and turned in on Friday, and your pay will be received the following Friday via direct deposit.
